Please check the version number of the wallbox before download the app.
Please check the boot screen of your charging station . The last two digits represent the version number of the product.
When a new version is released, the APP will prompt to upgrade.
If you encounter problems during the upgrade, you can uninstall and reinstall the APP.

You can see this interface of version number when the charger is power on.
If the number is less than or equal to 10, please use EVSEMastet-10- to upgrade.
If the number is greater than or equal to 11, please use EVSEMastet-11+ to upgrade.
